We offer:

3 Rooms - choice of Queen or Twin Beds. Private and shared baths. Plush terry robes & hairdryers are standard in every room.
Large sunroom overlooking perennial flower gardens. Guest lounge with fireplace for relaxing, or reading a book. Secure bicycle & motorcycle lock-up is available.
Two-night minimum booking on holiday weekends.

The Guest floor has its own fridge for your purchases of local cheese, fruits, veggies or chilling a bottle of any of the quality wines from our wineries.

The Dining - Breakfast Room

For early risers, fresh coffee and tea are available before breakfast. Fruit juices and local fresh fruit in season are served at every breakfast.
A bowl of fresh blueberries or raspberries to scatter over your cereal, or a mixed berry sauce for pancakes are just a few examples of some of the delights that await you.

Baked fresh daily, you may find blueberry or apple-cinnamon muffins, cheddar scones or warm and sticky cinnamon buns.

Breakfast is served at 9:00, either in the dining room or from the south-facing deck with its view of Lake Ontario (weather permitting) if you prefer. 

For the comfort of all our guests, smoking is not permitted indoors. Smokers can enjoy the great outdoors on any of the three south-facing decks. 

Breeze off the Lake B&B provides an adult only environment (18 years of age or older). We will be happy to recommend alternate accommodations in the area for those traveling with children or pets. There is a house cat in residence.

Cancellation Policy:

Open mid April to end of October
Two-night minimum booking on holiday weekends.

Check-in between 4 & 7 pm or by arrangement. Check-out 11 am.
For stays of 2 or more nights a 10% discount is offered. As well, a complimentary day pass to our beautiful Sandbanks Provincial Park is available upon request.

Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of your booking deposit (50% of the first night’s stay).

The balance of the fees are due upon arrival. Cash, Cheque, MasterCard, Visa, or BBCanada Gift Certificates accepted.

Please notify us by telephone of cancellations at least 7 days in advance of your reservation date.
Insufficient notice of a cancellation will be charged the full amount of the deposit. If we are able to re-book your room, the deposit will be fully refunded.
